if i had to critique anything i'd say
i'm not too fond of the oranges on sticks in the background.
but they don't take anything away from the painting.
just a personal taste.

But what a wonderful painting it is. You have a magical way of capturing distorted perspective. If you can find another scan, i'd be interested in seeing it as you intended it.

Woh, haven't seen anything from you in ages. Your palette is beautiful, I like the neon orange. I like how you can see the texture of the gesso. Her face kind of has this blank stare, I think you could communicate her problem a bit more from the face. Because the background is so bright, it looks too happy and childlike, but it isn't, and the face could do a bit more to show it. I really like the layout, I think it's a beautiful painting.
